Join your Drill Sargeant as she leads you through a non-stop conditioning class that bypasses the boredom of everyday workouts. This class has it all - cardio, strength, core conditioning, and flexibility training. Vigorous physical and mental conditioning incorporating cardiovascular, core fitness, strength training, and flexibility. Emphasis will be placed on proper body mechanics and safety. Havasupai Falls Great introductory backpacking/hiking experience (mules are available to carry backpacks); must be in good condition for this beautiful hike to three world-class waterfalls (10 miles one way). Looking for an all over body workout? This class will work all the major muscle groups, improve cardio level, increase flexibility and balance, giving you a well-rounded workout. Variety and easy to follow combinations make this class fun! Workout includes warm-up/stretch, aerobic exercise, selected strength exercises, and cool down/stretch. May be repeated for credit. Prerequisites: None. Additional Course Fee: $20.
